Day 1: Jurassic Coast Adventure and Kayak Thrills

  • Morning: Hike the Jurassic Coast. Kick off the day with an early morning hike along a scenic stretch of the Jurassic Coast. This guided walk will explore the area’s stunning cliffs, hidden coves, and the fossil-rich beaches, providing a captivating start to your adventure.
  • Lunch: Corfe Castle. After the hike, enjoy a well-deserved lunch in Corfe Castle. This picturesque village offers a variety of dining options where you can sample local Dorset specialties in a charming setting.
  • Afternoon: Kayaking. Post-lunch, venture to the Jurassic Coast were we embark on a Kayak adventure. This activity not only provides a fun way to unwind but also offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes and wildlife.
  • Overnight Stay: Weymouth or Portland Accommodation: Spend the night in either Weymouth or Portland, where a selection of hostels, hotels, and B&Bs cater to all travelers. 

Day 2: Exploring Portland

  • Morning: Begin the day with a pick-up from your Weymouth or Portland accommodation, heading out for a day of exploration.
  • Hike the Isle of Portland: Discover the rugged beauty of the Isle of Portland through a guided hike. From its historic lighthouses and quarries to the stunning views from Portland Bill, this hike is the perfect way to conclude your weekend adventure.
  • Lunch: Enjoy a serene lunch at the southernmost tip of the Jurassic Coast, with panoramic views of Portland Bill, or indulge in tea and a scone amidst the backdrop of awe-inspiring landscapes.
  • Return Journey Home: After immersing yourselves in the beauty of Portland, it’s time to make your way back home, filled with memorable experiences and perhaps plans for your next adventure.
