We are thrilled to welcome you on our
exclusive Portland Cruise Excursions!

Here’s how to easily find us once your ship docks:

• Step 1: The Free Shuttle: Upon disembarking, board the complimentary blue shuttle service. It is a quick 3-minute ride.
• Step 2: The Meeting Point: Hop off at the historic Portland Castle (just past the main port entrance). Your guide will be waiting for you right there!

Meeting Point: Rest assured, our friendly team will be eagerly waiting to greet you at the castle. We ensure all our guests have ample time to join us; we won’t start the tour without accounting for you.

Start Times: You can find your tour start time on the booking page where you originally made your reservation. Your joining instructions will be communicated to you via email approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your tour date. Keep an eye on your inbox!

Tour Schedules: Our excursions are meticulously planned around your ship’s arrival and departure times. Should there be any changes to your ship’s schedule, we’ll adjust our excursion times accordingly.
